*To offer a fully managed service from finding the suitable and vetted tenants to collecting the rent and the bills along with providing the Contract. We will be there point of contact through the duration of the term dealing with any issues.

*If you live in Spain you may want to manage the property yourselves, so we would then just offer the services of finding and vetting potential tenants to ensure you have the right ones along with providing the Contract.
